What Causes Sleeve Wear in High-Speed Printing Applications?

High-speed printing places sleeves under continuous mechanical stress, with repeated rotation, pressure and frequent mounting and removal all contributing to gradual wear. As this wear develops, it can affect how securely a sleeve fits, and ultimately, the quality of the finished print.
