Barry’s background covers 45 years in printing and roller manufacturing, Barry has an extensive technical knowledge in all aspects of the print industry. He joined North West Roller in 1999 as Sales Manager having worked in large corporate companies previously. Having successfully built up the sales Barry then led an MBO in April 2021, at which time his roll then changed to MD.

Martin joined the production department in 2018 and with over 35 years of production and sales experience in the printing industry behind him he was a necessary addition to North West Rollers.
Martin works along side Mike in the production office and together make a great team.

Danny joined North West Roller in 2014 after graduating from Liverpool John Moores University with a (1st) class business degree. Over the seven years he has been with us Danny has progressed in the sales department firstly becoming our Senior sales executive and now to date beginning his promotion to Sales Manager.

Scott joined North West Roller in 1996. Arriving with knowledge in digital advertising and graphic design he was a great addition to our large studio team of Mac Operators. Over the many years with us and all the experience gained he is now our Digital Marketing Coordinator and Creative Studio Manager.

Mike is a long serving employee of North West Roller Services Ltd. He came to us in 1995 working in our graphics studio, from there he moved into sales. A couple of years down the line an opportunity came up to work in the Laser Engraving department. He left his sales position and began laser engraving.

Phil Joined North West Roller Services in 2014, he was employed as a shop floor Centre Lathe Operator. In 2017 an opportunity to work in the Fibreglass Sleeve Production Department came available, his background in fibreglass/carbon Fibre manufacturing helped him to make his decision. Phil made the switch and with the Fibreglass Sleeve Department now going from strength to strength Phil has been promoted to Sleeve Production Manager.

Liz’s background in accountancy stretches over 30 years. She Joined North West rollers in 2012 bringing with her a wide range of knowledge and experience in this field. Liz is now our accounts manager running a small team that keeps on top of an ever growing list of accounts.
