Recyclability

The Easysleeve® also provides recyclability, the sleeve itself has a much longer life span than the rubber built around them. When the surface rubber been used to its full potential and wear and tear makes it redundant the sleeve can be returned, recovered and be sent back out.

Easysleeve® Features

Some of the main features of our high-definition flexographic sleeves are:

• No Slip Guarantee: A correctly fitted genuine Easysleeve® System will not slip on the mandrel in normal use.
• Conical or Parallel Sleeves: We manufacture both conical and parallel sleeves (conductive & non-conductive) and sleeve systems to supply the flexographic, gravure, and allied trades.
• Conical sleeves measure 72 mm to 360 mm in diameter and 300mm to 2500 mm in length.
• Parallel sleeves measure 60mm to 400 mm in diameter and 100mm to 2500 mm in length.
• EasySleeve® is the World’s Premier Demountable Image Carrier
• Sleeves can be conductive (carbon-impregnated fibreglass for static dissipation)
• Sleeves can be non-conductive (standard glass and resin sleeves for coating, laminating and flexographic printing.
• The Conical sleeves are rubber and covered with specially developed compounds, which reduce sleeve swelling and are suitable for high solvent resistance when used with isocyanates and ethyl acetate.

The Easysleeve® System is the safest tapered system available in the world. It was created with safety first in mind. It is safer because it uses a very small amount of compressed air (0.5 – 1.5 litres).
