About Grinding and Grooving Segmented Feed Rollers
The performance of rubber rollers in various industries is enhanced with modifications to roller surfaces, such as grooves. This is particularly prevalent in the printing industry, where grooved rollers are used to prevent creasing and to get an improved grip on the material.
Thanks to our custom-made HNC-RGV600 machinery, NW Rollers Ltd can provide this. Grinding and grooving segmented feed rollers can better handle materials, improving product quality and customer satisfaction. Our investment in the latest technology and machinery means we can handle a wide range of roller weights and sizes, ensuring we can meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Machinery Meeting Client Needs
These specialised and customisable options mean that NW Rollers can meet the needs of its multiple global client base. This includes the following sectors that expect to work with suppliers that can provide segmented feed rollers with grinding and grooving capabilities:
- Printing (including stationery and wallpaper manufacturing)
- Paper manufacturing
- Foil production
- Food packaging
…and many more.
Future Plans
Since its inception, NW Rollers Ltd has understood the need to grow and expand. In recent times, we have anticipated the need to improve the shop floor workflow by introducing a new two-tonne overhead crane in 2022. In 2024, we invested in further growth by purchasing a new 3.5-tonne truck to further boost our delivery reliability.
