North West Roller Services Ltd recruit two new apprentices.

In the light of our growth, and with the future of the company in mind, North West Roller Services Ltd have just recruited two new apprentices, local boys Macauley and Aaron, who are both sixteen years of age.

They are now into their second week of a three year apprenticeship, working on site 4 days of the week with a further day release at a local engineering college. Over the term of their apprenticeship they will both work their way around all sections of the shop floor, gaining the engineering skills and knowledge that goes into the production of Rubber Covered Rollers.

Hopefully they will grow alongside the business and become an integral part of the company’s future.
