At North West Rollers, our Studio is home to a highly skilled team of design and separation artists with many years of expertise in all aspects of packaging and decorative wall coverings. We proudly supply digital engraving files to some of the leading manufacturers and printers in the industry. Utilising AVA software and creative Suite we optimise every stage of the design and production process from design manipulation and colour separation to sampling and printing ensuring the highest standard of aesthetic and technical quality. Whether working from supplied artwork or developing new concepts, our team expertly manipulates designs to enhance visual impact and aesthetic appeal.
Design Separation: Unlock Creative Control.
Design separation is the industry standard for decorative print and for good reason. This process uses specialist software to break down flat designs into individual colour layers, giving you complete control over every element. Each colour in your design gets its own layer, making it easy to tweak, refine, and recolour without affecting the rest of the artwork. Want to adjust a single shade? No problem. With separated files, you can create limitless colour variations from one original design.
Fully separated files are available in both AVA and colourable Photoshop formats, ready to integrate seamlessly into your production workflow. Whether you’re designing for fabric, wallpaper, or surface pattern, separation ensures your designs are print-ready and endlessly adaptable.

Service available to print out a final design prior to approval, showing design scale, repeat and alternative colourways, with a paper width up to 106.6cm/42” , using our large
format printer.

Paintings, vintage fabrics, and heritage artworks can be digitised, subject to suitability and copyright. Our wide format scanning service captures high resolution images suitable for faithful reproduction. Width of 106.6cm /42” x 300cm – with a resolution of up to 1200 dpi. The responsibility for ensuring copyright and licensing compliance for any materials rests solely with the customer. We operate under the understanding that the customer has obtained all necessary permissions prior to engaging our studio services. We produce artwork for many of the leading names in the wallpaper industry.
