انضم مارتن إلى قسم الإنتاج في عام 2018 ولديه أكثر من 35 عامًا من الخبرة في الإنتاج والمبيعات في صناعة الطباعة خلفه ، وكان إضافة ضرورية لشركة North West Rollers.

في عام 2023 ، تقاعد مايك بوردمان ، مما منح مارتن خيار أن يصبح مدير الإنتاج الجديد لدينا ، وقبل التحدي واتجه إليه مثل البطة في الماء.
