انضم Phil إلى North West Roller Services في عام 2014 ، وكان يعمل كمشغل مخرطة في المركز. في عام 2017 ، توفرت فرصة للعمل في قسم إنتاج الأكمام المصنوعة من الألياف الزجاجية ، وساعدته خلفيته في تصنيع الألياف الزجاجية / ألياف الكربون على اتخاذ قراره.
